Do you take insurance? I am currently out-of-network only, which means I am not on any insurance panels. This means that clients pay for each appointment at the beginning of the appointment via credit card or a HSA card through a secure platform. I can provide a "Superbill", which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for any out-of-network benefits you have. The Superbill has the necessary information for them to determine any out-of-network benefits. I recommend you contact your insurance and ask about any out-of-network benefits you have, which may include:

Common billing codes (also known as CPT codes) that are used in my practice are 90791 for the initial intake and 90834 (for 50 minute psychotherapy sessions).

When do you provide services? I offer services weekday evenings eastern standard time typically between 430-630pm. 

Do you offer in-person services? I currently am only seeing clients on telehealth. 

How many sessions will we meet? This depends on the individual client, their needs, and their goals. Some clients may meet their goals within 10-12 sessions, and others may have longer term goals or needs that require more. We will check-in regularly to make sure you feel like therapy is helping you and if not, we will adjust the treatment plan or consider other options.
